MA Human Resource Management

The postgraduate Human Resource Management course at Keele University is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and understanding that are required to function effectively in an HR role. Students are exposed to a broad spectrum of HR topics to heighten their awareness of the key issues involved in managing people. Course Content: The course contains a wide range of topics including employment law, talent and career management, coaching and mentoring, employee engagement, and reward management. Students are also required to complete a research or consultancy type project related to HRM.Key Modules: There are six core modules including HRM in Context, Leading, Managing and Developing People, Employment Law, Research Methods, Managing Employee Relations, and Dissertations.
