The BSc (Hons) Economics course at the University of Hertfordshire provides students with a deep understanding of economics, covering both micro and macro perspectives. Students also have the option to undertake a work placement year or study abroad.Key Modules: These include Introduction to Economics, Mathematics for Economists, Statistics for Economics, Public Economics, Forecasting for Economists and Research Methods.Accreditations: This course is recognised by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) for the purpose of exemption from some professional examinations through the Accredited degree accelerated route. Future Careers: The program equips students for a wide variety of careers, including roles in financial services, government agencies, multinational corporations, consulting companies and non-profit organisations.
