Offered by University of Manchester, the BA (Hons) History provides a comprehensive undergraduate education in history, philosophy, and theology. Based in Manchester, England, this Russell Group university offers a research-led approach to learning, with a 3-year full-time structure. Our BA History course will give you the opportunity to tailor your degree to suit your own interests while learning from one of the largest concentrations of historians in Britain. You will be able to choose course units covering a wide range of periods and topics, including ancient, medieval, modern and economic and social history, as well as the history of science, technology and medicine. In Years 1 and 2, you can also take course units in other disciplines, including languages, the humanities and the social sciences. A minimum ielts score of 6.0 is required for admission.
