The BSc (Hons) Bioveterinary Science at University of Liverpool is a undergraduate programme designed for students passionate about sustainable food production. Based in Liverpool, England, this Russell Group university offers a research-led approach to learning, with a 3-year full-time structure. This three-year programme will provide you with a wide knowledge of biological and animal sciences, practical techniques and transferable skills for careers allied to veterinary science, scientific research, conservation, animal welfare and the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. This programme is available with either a Year in China or a Year Abroad. The Year in China offers undergraduate students the opportunity to spend one year at our joint venture, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), following XJTLU's BA China Studies degree classes. A minimum ielts score of 6.5 is required for admission. Graduates from this programme benefit from strong career prospects, with 90% student satisfaction rating, a 80% continuation rate, and 90% of graduates in employment or further study.

General Studies A Level is not accepted. For applicants studying A levels with English exam boards: Where a science has been taken at A level (Chemistry, Biology, Geology or Physics), a pass in the Science practical of each subject will be required. |
| International Baccalaureate | 32 points 32 points overall with no score less than 4 including 6 in Higher Level Biology and 5 in Higher Level Chemistry (or second science) or pass the IB Diploma plus 6,5,5 in 3 HL subjects including 6 in Higher Level Biology and 5 in Higher Level Chemistry (or second science).
