LLM International Commercial Law

The International Commercial Law LLM at Brunel University London is designed for law and non-law graduates who want to gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal processes, regulations and organizations involved in international commerce. Students will explore key legal issues associated with international business transactions, including the negotiation of business contracts and the complexities of international commercial arbitration.Course Content: This postgraduate course offers a blend of lecture-based classes and research-based learning. Students are required to complete a Dissertation, an Extended Essay and two core modules: International Commercial Law and International Commercial Arbitration Law. They also have the option to select complementary elective modules from a wide range available.Key Modules: Core modules include International Commercial Law and International Commercial Arbitration. Elective modules include: A range of subjects such as Intellectual Property Law, Comparative Corporate Governance, and European Union Law and Human Rights.Future Careers: The LLM in International Commercial Law equips students with the necessary skills for a successful career in international business, practicing law in either a commercial firm or a multinational corporation.
