The Medical Sciences degree course offered by Bangor University is a full-time undergraduate programme that covers a range of subjects including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and genetics. In level 1(front-loading), students are introduced to biomedical science, human anatomy, and physiology, alongside a glimpse into social and ethical aspects of the medical sector. Level 2 offers a deeper understanding of human disease, genetics, biochemistry, and molecular biology. Level 3 includes modules on clinical biochemistry, clinical and forensic toxicology, anterior and posterior segment eye disease, and medical microbiology, where students undertake a project in each of these areas.Key Modules: The course is divided into modules for each level of study.
